Sky Ferreira is the New Face of Redken + New High Up Spiking Cream Wax For Men
Singer and songwriter Sky Ferreira is the new face of Redken 5th Avenue’s hair products. The singer has been called “a natural fit” for the brand, which has a newly expanded and repackaged styling line launching in March 2014.
One of the latest product for men is the High Up Spiking Cream Wax – for maximum staying power and upright styles – with super male model Garrett Neff rocking the High Up look.
“Redken For Men high up spiking cream wax provides the ultimate solution for my male clients that want trendier longer cuts. They don’t want their hair to feel rock solid but they do want to create height that is malleable with a strong finish. Now my clients leave the chair with the confidence that their elevated style will last them throughout the day.” says Jenny Balding, Redken Styling & Grooming Expert.
High Up spiking cream wax utilizes a hybrid emulsion suspension system in the formula allowing easier pick up and spreadability, as well as maintaining workable styles.
I have been using this new product for about a month now and I have to say that I love it. I have tried it on long hair and short hair style and the result is always perfect.
One important tip: LESS IS MORE! start with less product and reapply as needed to prevent clumps. Also the product is rather liquid for a wax so just be careful when you open the jar.
Suggested retail price: $14.50 (100ml jar)
